Financial

At Holistic Life Chiropractic, we want to keep chiropractic care affordable for everyone, so instead of hiring a full time employee to process insurance claims, we operate a "cash based office." What does this mean? It means that we are able to offer lower fees than many other area chiropractors, because we do not need to pay an extra employee. It also means that you can still use your insurance if you have a PPO or "choice" plan. We will provide you with a Superbill and help you with the paper work you will need to mail in your claim to your insurance company for reimbursement. If you have more questions about this, call our office and we would be happy to help! We do offer wonderful family plans for affordable care. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.

Cancellation

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
